		<description><![CDATA[PHP is rather a big step up if you haven&#039;t really got to grips with HTML.  Why not work in a basic text editor for a while just to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript really well, and then you can move on to PHP, which requires setting up your own server and learning what is a simple but proper programming language.

I found the w3schools tutorial less easy to follow  than some of their other tutorials.  I used this one:
